AntiSARS® Vitamin C Product Certification and Trademark Licensing

The Vitamin C Foundation believes that high-dose ascorbic acid (vitamin C) prevents and cures viral illness such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). "Science over the past fifty years has consistently shown that very high doses of vitamin C completely control, even cure, viral illness," says Foundation director Owen R. Fonorow. "The ANTISARS® product certification is the Foundations's new effort to raise awareness about the vitamin's anti-viral properties."

The Vitamin C Foundation will license its registered trademark ANTISARS® (A Novel Technology for Immune System And Resistance Stimulation) to companies that manufacture or distribute quality vitamin C products that meet our specifications.

Ascorbic acid's known ability to cure infections ranging from Polio to Hepatitis has recently by brought to light in a best selling new book VITAMIN C, INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND TOXINS, Curing the Incurable by author/cardiologist Thomas Levy, MD, JD. The book was published in 2002.

Any U. S. company that produces or distributes products for the immune system based on vitamin C may apply to use the Foundations ANTISARS® trademark on product labels and in advertising.
