Regarding FOI, the FDA returned our call 3017962697 or fax 3018478442 and said they are working on 2007 call back in 6 months for a status on req or we could change the scope from all external and internal to something not as wide???

I was informed that the "panel" mentioned in the Proctor-Gamble letter was convened in 1976!?! (I had assumed that the panel had met recently and issued the letter.) So the question now becomes who instigated the letter based on a panel convened in 1976!?
