COPD, Low Iron, High BP/Cholesterol

Post Number:#1  Post by ofonorow » Mon Jul 09, 2012 4:23 am

HI Owen,

Ok, I have very low iron levels, basically off the charts, feel stuffed everyday, bags under eyes, high cholesterol and blood pressure round 130/100.

Which product do you suggest and what is the dosage you suggest?

I am currently taking a magnesium mineral powder and a natural iron supplment.

It was not long ago I was diagnosed with COPD.

Warmest regards

For minimum vitamin C dosage, there is a table and formula in this post (based on age, body weight, etc.) http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7593

A therapeutic vitamin C dosage is probably about double.

One of the known benefits of vitamin C is that in the diet, it can help your body absorb and utilize iron.

Is it true that you don't take any other supplements other than magnesium and iron? I think you need to read Linus Pauling's book HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER, and, at the very least, start his basic regimen given around page 14. i.e., High vitamins C, A, E and B-complex and multi vitamin/mineral.
