Thankyou so much for your attention.

I am 62, an australian woman in russia I have been diagnosed with serious heart problems... arrythmia, braccardia., blocked arteries. have continuous chest pain, etc as well as thrombosis and varicose problems in both legs.it is hard to walk. Doctor reccomends stents and pacemaker.

I would need to fly to australia for this. the trip is over 20 hours in the plane. and I am doubtful about taking it. Would it be wiser to take your program and fly later

thankyou so very much. nina

Of course. If you can find vitamin C - and lysine tablets - in Russia, start taking
them according to these instructions.
