Can I put Cardio-C in a water bottle?

Post Number:#1  Post by ofonorow » Tue Oct 02, 2012 8:21 am

I purchased some Cardio-C from your store and was just wondering if I could mix it in a water bottle and just swig on it throughout the day. I noticed it recommends breaking up the dosages throughout the day.
thanks,

Scott

I think so. Vitamin C breaks down about 50% in four hours in water - depending on concentration. I add a little more vitamin C to the bottle to account for the loss.
