Lp(a) Lowered

Post Number:#1  Post by ofonorow » Wed Dec 17, 2008 12:07 pm

Owen,

I see there is a new book and I was just checking to see when it will be available. I hope it will be easier to get than the Stop America's Number One Killer Heart Disease. I had a very difficult time getting that one and finally ended up ordering it from CA and taking 3 weeks, Is it out of print already? None of the local libraries had it. I was very disappointed as that meant availability for this information is not readily accessible. I hope you book willl get better accessibility.

As far as my progress I reached the low therapeutic dose on 12-18-07 and had no problems with that dosage. My Lpa went form 23 to 12mgdL (in 6 months) and I just had it done again last Friday (to see what the 9 month value will be) and will let you know what it was as soon as I heat. I get it monitored every 3 months.

I will have a repeat 64 slice CT heart scan done in May, to compare with last years to see if Pauling made a difference. My scan last year showed constriction and very high calcification and my cardiac cath showed 4 blockages (all 50%) and some aneurysms.

Have there been any new articles in publications to show some hard evidence about this therapy being effective yet? Is anyone interested or planning to do a case study in a medical journal? I keep looking and can't find anything that is really good to show the medical community.

I think my doctor (cardiologist) might be interested in doing one if the CT heart scan shows a significant improvement. I keep hoping to find one that is already published. Is NIH still not doing anything in this area?

Thanks for all your help and support.

John

Well, Levy'sbook is available at http://www.livonbooks.com, but I agree it isn't the easiest to purchase - Stop American's #1 Killer. The Vitamin C Foundation carries it also.

I think our book explains the "problem" with orthodox science and medical research into Pauling's ideas. It is what it is. If your cardiologist really might help, let me know. Keep
us informed about your Lp(a) test and the lab that is measuring it.

I should hear tomorrow or Thursday on my latest lab studies. Is there still a message board that has testimonials and discussion about Pauling Therapy?

I can't believe that there is not a cardiologist out there somewhere who is not becoming a believer with this therapy by having some data to support its effectiveness. I had to show my VAP Results to an Oncologist who I used to know at the hospital, who said nothing lowers Lpa. He was silent and said I am surprised to see these results.

Then he said I really want to see your 64 slice CT Scan of your heart in May and really see if there would be a difference. I told him to stay tuned and stand by; he will be the first to see the report. I keep hoping this has already been proven before by the same means I am working with. Is there a data base of findings from people like me? Surely someone should write a case study to discuss these findings when they are so definitive.

To my surprise a Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist I know (who never heard of Pauling Therapy until I started it in August of last year,) asked me to speak to her specialty nursing organization group as a guest speaker about Pauling Therapy. However, I am afraid to speak too much or too soon. She is very interested in what I am doing and she has read everything I gave her. She works in a VA Hospital and no one there has heard of Pauling Therapy. She thinks my speaking to her group would be in their best interest because it would be interesting and educational. I wish there was a local Pauling
group here in the Tampa Bay Florida area for support.

In the mean time, keep in touch and I appreciate any help, assistance or
support.

John

The testimonials are all now posted at PracticingMedicineWithoutALicense.com (scroll down)

Let us know about your latest Lp(a) results, and who ran the tests. which lab. Also, if you would be kind enough to write up a testimonial after you get the latest results, we'd be happy to post it. Currently, this is the only way information about Pauling's invention is shared.
