Hi Folks
Three months on and I have stuck rigidly to the rules. At least 12g a day of Vit C. Unfortunately Im still waiting on HeartTech for the A9 so Ive been taking straight Vit C in powdered form in the meantime. Some days Ive got it up to 16-17g but that's a little above my tolerance. How do I feel? Scarily better. Not 100% yet but about 80%to 90% operational. I'm going to see the Bioresonance guy in two weeks, so the measurements will confim whether its Psychosomatic or not. I think my main issue now is getting my head straight and believing that I really can avoid the bypass.
I got a call from the Hospital last week, they had had a cancellation  and could I come in on Thursday!!. Even if I had wanted to I thought their approach was quite wrong. Apart from getting the mental bit right in preparation, two days notice... its not a haircut appointment is it. Anyway I told them to stuff it (Nicely) and I would come back to them should I require their services.
Im still doing the EDTA stuff from Cardio Renew as well and keeping up with 2-3gms Omega 3 a day (Omax3 from 1stvitality.co.uk) and Carnosine (Same Source)
Did a complete gig with band (http://www.merseycats.com/The-Jam-Band.html) last week and had them rockin in aisles, so here's hoping

Best wishes to you all

Dave Ferguson

Sounds good. Vitamin C is the key, but can you take lysine while waiting for the Tower products?
