Angina: Trying to avoid heart operation

I am a Filipina living with my American Husband in Cebu, Philippines.
My husband is suffering his second bout of sever angina this year. Some doctors would like to operate on his heart.
He refuse.
He is only 55
His Grandfather had a massive heart attack at age 52.
His Mother died at age 49.
We need him.

How much vitamin C is he taking??? Get him on vitamin C - start slowly, perhaps 500 mg every 4 hours - religiously.
Everything else is secondary.
