This is difficult for me to follow, is it correct that that Total cholesterol went from 237 to 207? Triglycerides from 231 to 129? HDL from 35 to 37, and LDL from 158 to 138?

Prescription drugs wouldn't bring numbers in line like this!

So the issue in question is Lp(a)? Doesn't mention units, but I doubt this is measured, (and thus the score is calculated) so my guess is that Lp(a) probably not accurate (49.1?) to 54. (If have never seen a measured Lp(a) score with a decimal faction?)

If you are concerned, he should order a VAP test from Atherotech to double check the Lp(a) readings.

But lets assume the Lp(a) reading is accurate, and that your Lp(a) is completely out of line with his other readings, a) taking Lp(a) binding inhibitors (vitamin C/lysine/proline) are obviously that much more important, and b) in our experience, over time, 6-18 months, Lp(a) will lower to zero.

1)Continue with what you are doing and add this:
Lifeforce Multiple, Ultra-Mag, high DHA fish oil, K2 as MK-7, D3, Iodoral, green tea extract, grape seed extract, LONGEVINEX, methylselenocysteine. Maybe an IP-6 cleanse in spring.

2) Fire your cardiologist and take a cruise. You'll outlive him.

I would also use Niacin (nicotinic acid) to reduce Lp(a).

Regards..
