diet, am taking 1800mg fish oil, 1300mg garlic,1000mg nician,2000mg flax
oil and q10 and still my colestrol is high, I take a nitrate for angina, I
exersize daily walking 5 miles or bike 10 miles almost daily,I am 73 years
old, I don't have a problem breathing,my over health is good, I can do
everyth I did when I was younger without any problems, the doctors say I have
heart dease and if I just only ate grass my colestrol would still be high,
what what one of your products should I take to reverse my heart dease?

Thanks
Don

Low cholesterol diet leads to elevated internal production of cholesterol

There is a feedback mechanism. (See Linus Pauling's book HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER for a description of the cholesterol feedback mechanism - and follow his nutritional advice).

I have written a book and at least two papers to summarize the "other side" in the cholesterol vs. heart disease controversy, see:

and

When you "quiet" your heart disease, your cholesterol (a symptom) will fall naturally.

As far as your supplements, you seem to be missing the key supplement - vitamin C! And all of our products provide it.

See this excerpt for my suggested protocol:
