Owen,

The last suggestion in the heart disease protocol found here http://www.internetwks.com/owen/Synopsis.pdf says to Add a good mineral/multivitamin. What would you recommend?

Based on Ralph Lotz's input, I recommend Source Natural's LIFE FORCE (without Iron). It is a very good formula. The Life Extension Mix is also very good, although they made some changes based on the Vitamin C Council's input (lowering vitamin A) that I do not agree with. Literally any multi-vitamin/mineral will fill the bill as it is "insurance" in case your diet does not provide enough of one of the essentials.

I know that you meant Vitamin D Council
