Hello, just diagnosed a diabetic, 5\'3 ins 137 lbs. Family history as well as hpb. Hv to take a stress test next week . How can i beat this and change this possible heart disease, i have shortness of breath.

Type I or Type II diabetic? (Doesn't matter too much since a Type I (no
insulin) can also become Type II - insulin resistant. I would start

Vitamin C always good for diabetics for a variety of reasons. Just harder
