I have atrial flutter, and one of my arteries is blocked. I suffer with palpitations and breathlessness. Recently I found out about vitamin C and lysine. I have only had 2 doses of vitamin C powder, and already feel much better. Which product would you recommend I continue with. (none of the procedures by the medical profession have helped)
How much vitamin C are you taking and how much are you able to take?
I am trying 1 1/2 gram twice a day on an empty stomach. I did try the 3 grams together, but felt a bit queasy, but this could have been because I was in the middle of breakfast I do want to get it right as the specialist is suggesting an operation, but I definitely do not want this. Many thanks
Good afternoon,
I have had to stop the 3 grams of Vitamin C as it appears to be too strong. Would a lesser dose be as effective?
Many thanks.
Too strong? I do not understand. In our experience, dosage is "everything" w/r to reversing heart disease as predicted by Linus Pauling. Some people add sodium ascorbate or baking soda to their vitamin C to make it less acidic, as even Pauling himself wrote that he did.
Another option is the liposomal vitamin C - such as livonlabs.com Lypo-C.
