Inferior Ischemia of the heart

The doctors recently in their diagnosis told me from the ECG I did that I had inferior wall ischemia of the heart. Is this a complicated illness for the Pauling Therapy to address? If it can address it how do I access treatment from Nigeria. Right now, I tend to experience weakness from talking. I will appreciate your response particularly as this type of information on heart disease available to western nations rarely find their way to developing countries like ours.
