First Heart Attack Age 45, Skeptical

I am 49 years old and recently had my 2nd heart attack. My first heart attack was when I was 45. I was not overweight and worked out regularly, so the first attack was a shock. After my first attack, I lost about 25 lbs and started to get more cardio activity. I also eliminated most sugar intake as to avoid the correlation between insulin and cholesterol. Needless to say, my recent heart attack bowled me over. I did some more research, and came across your interview on the web about the link between vitamin c and heart disease. The correlation with heart disease and scurvy were very interesting. Of course, I am naturally skeptical and really want to believe what you are saying, but I also listened to the recommendations about diet and exercise and look where it got me. I really don\'t want this to happen again, scaring my wife and kids like that is getting old....help me believe there is a way out of this mess, doctors seem to tell me there isn\'t much I can do, it !
is probably genetics...and not the kind you talked about concerning the defects humans and primates have.

So how much vitamin C do you take regularly? That is the question, and it is quite simple to take a good amount (also of lysine) to prevent and even reverse heart disease (according to Linus Pauling). We recommend this protocol for people new to vitamin C to help get started:

Since medicine won't study vitamin C for heart disease, you'll have to rely on the experience of others, i.e.,

or simply experiment on yourself, as there are no known lethal toxic dosages of either vitamin C or lysine.

Have the guy read your summary here, Owen:

It packs quite a punch and is a quick read. It really helped congeal the facts together for me, the first time I read it.
