please help me i am suppose to be dying any day from arteries stopped up in my head and back of my head.

Go to any drug store and purchase vitamin C tablets (500 mg ascorbic acid) and lysine tablets. e.g., Walgreens. Pick a brand with the least fillers. Nature's Made is a good retail brand.
