Dear Vitamin C Foundaton,

Eevery time I browse on the net, I find some negative articles about vitamin C from time to time, but that's nothing compare to this article. Have you ever heard of Roger Mason? He supposed to be a research chemist, who wrote several books about health issues. I am sure that one day you'll be exposed on his black list too. Please, take a time to read all
you can and tell me, what you think. If you scroll down in this article,
http://www.youngagainproducts.com/artic ... cle_id=186 you'll be amazed, what you find about vitamin C!!
And here you find very
interesting reading.

You must be referring to this in the article

Roger Mason wrote:For God's sake, do NOT take more than 250 mg of vitamin C if you feel you need a vitamin C supplement. The RDA is only 60 mg so 250 mg is over 400% of your needs. The theory that mega doses of vitamin C are good for you is a farce as this acidifies your normally alkaline blood and makes you sickly and lowers your immunity.

I wish he'd join the forum so we can debate this. He obviously hasn't read the Hickey/Roberts books.
