 Wow! Cardio-C Popsicles are Delicious!!!!!!!
I forget how/why I got the idea, but I bought a popsicle (Freezer Pop) maker for 2.5 ounce popsicles.
1 Scoop Cardio-C with the 2.5 ounces of water makes an utterly delicious popsicle. (Now my taste buds may be unduly influenced by the fact that I am on a sugar free diet, it is summer, etc. ) Me figured that I'd have to do something - add a little OJ or Grape Juice - But no, fantastic flavor just as is.
If people started making popsicles when they got their Cardio-C jar - all 30 - there would be no issue of the product darkening and/or clumping over the course of the month.
It is fun eating candy - to help the heart. And it would be easier to get reluctant family members to take their vitamin C! (Just hand them their popsicle).
1 popsicle preventive 2-3 therapeutic
Remember though, if kids eat too many, they will become good friends with the toilet!
And we (think we) know that freezing (at least dry cardio-C) preserves it indefinitely. I doubt the C breaks down when frozen (as it does in 4 hours otherwise in water) but worst case is that vitamin C degrades by half.
Now off to try Ascorbade popsicles!

Re: Wow! Cardio-C Popsicles are Delicious!!!!!!!
My son now wants to take all his vitamin C supplementation as a popsicle.
However, Ascorbade popsicles are at best "okay." One problem is that there are so many ingredients, that they can not all dissolve in solution, and it takes time for the popsicle to freeze, allowing a great many ingredients to settle to the bottom (err top?) of the popsicle, making some parts "intense" and tart.
Still pretty neat.
