 Want to buy a book on Vit. C.Hi. I've looked around the w.w.web for books on Vitamin C and pared my list down to two:
Hickey & Roberts: Ascorbate, the Science of Vitamin C; and Hickey & Saul: Vitamin C, the real story. Which would you recommend? Thank you. PS: I am not a person of exceptional wealth  |

Re: Want to buy a book on Vit. C. You can download for free Irwin Sones book, "Vitamin C Against Disease". It's a real classic.

I wish Ascorbate: The Science of Vitamin C was required reading for every science student in the world, but, the best introductory book on Vitamin C, in my opinion, is Linus Pauling's HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER. The paperback used to be available @ Amazon for pennies.
