Lecithin quality for liposomal vitamin C

Post Number:#1  Post by gmdodaro » Fri Nov 07, 2014 3:50 pm

In order to make good liposomal vitamin C, I need high quality lecithin. How do I identify high quality lecithin? Where can I buy it in quantities of a few pounds.
The process I'm reading here: http://qualityliposomalc.com/styled-3/index.html says:
"The lecithin granules are 22% phosphatidylcholine. For my liposomal vitamin C, I use the Solec F’ brand from ‘The Solae Company’. Be sure to use lecithin granules instead of liquid lecithin."

I found Solec F online, but I suspect the supplier will sell it only by the truckload.
