http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/videos/Cathcart3.wmv I know you're trying to save bandwidth, but for heavens sake, there was invaluable information in that one (about about Vitamin C reducing allergies to antibiotics, in fact I know the time range: 15:25 to 15:55) that isn't in the version at youtube and I've not been able to find it anywhere else. I'll host it if you want ... just give it to me and you can hotlink to it so people won't even have to leave this website to see it.
