If I were teaching a class on vitamin C, I would use this article as an exercise! Have my students circle or identify the large number of factual errors! If you are bored, give it a try...

Herbalists keep repeating this nonsence all the time. The truth is that Giorgi used 1g of AA up to the 84th year then he switched to the 8g. So, to get 8g/day he definitely couldn't use paprika (or he would have to eat paprika for entire day, and only paprika for entire caloric input).
