Re: Why is Penelope belittling vitamin C?
What's her last name? The website doesn't say.
What are her qualifications? It don't say.
What evidence does she cite? Silly me for even asking.
This article is so bad, it's good. It's a good example of disinformation. There are so many twists and turns in this article's logic that I'm going to coin the term "pretzel article": a brilliant yet diabolical piece of disinformation using carefully crafted pretzel logic to conceal the truth and spread lies, lies and more lies.
Good post, Owen, well done:
"Sorry Penelope, this information is not accurate. I don't know where to tell you to begin, but Dr. Hickey's.... ASCORBATE... is probably a good way to learn something about vitamin C." — Owen Fonorow
