am now taking 15gm vit c with ascoscine9 twice a day and 15gm vit c on its own twice a day,have increased my coq10,have lowered the beta blocker dosage by 50%,& and am feeling 100%
better,have ordered vit d3,it's hard to come by in the uk,have also added vit a,
bowel tolerance is still 15gms.
it is great to feel well again,a million thanks owen.

have followed your advice to the letter,& this is the best i have felt in years,am now down to 1/2 a 3.125mg beta blocker a day instead of 2 a day,should be off them very shortly,
am able to walk further,do the gardening and all the house work with no ill effects,
cant thank yourself & all the guys on this forum enough for all the help guidance and understanding that you have shown me in the past year.
